Internal action for Almirall pharmaceutical.
The challenge: Give the company workers their motivation back. The reason? They switched their focus from respiratory and digestive medication towards specific solutions to skin diseases. And to those working in the lab, that wasn’t as impressive.
The idea: SHARED SKIN INITIATIVE. An action designed to make workers feel what their patients feel. Because the first step to helping someone is to understand them.
